1. A closer look at this signal, by playing back the original WAV file at a higher FFT size, shows no Doppler
2. I have monitored this frequency for several hours now without a peep.  I will calculate where the antenna was pointed   in DEC and Ra and look there tonight just in case. 
3. The SML tags in the JPG file show that the antenna was pointed at DEC -00.553 RA 18.06 which puts near the star Cebalrai in Ophiuchus.

3. SML tags show this signal at DEC -00.53 and Ra 18.4 again near Cebalrai in Ophiuchus
