1. Now tracking at Alarm Frequency: 1,431,766,739
2. I have moved the antenna around and the signal does disappear. I am working the standard process of elimination now.
3. 2 mVolt signal that seems stable. I am chirping at -0.1122 Hz/Sec.
4. I have changed the resolution to 1.3 Hz/bin and am having trouble locating the signal again.
5. Found the signal again. Its moving up band at a pretty good clip when chirp is running
6. BPF in/out - no change.
7. Signal does not trip the alarm at this resolution.
8. The signal does not have Earth Doppler on it so its *Busted*.
