Notes:

  1. JPG's 18-16-22-Frame-3 through 18-16-22-Frame-6  Carrier came on then off
  2. Frequency of 1,423,107,500 Hz.
  3. Starting DEC/RA in SHGb02+08c.xml 
  4. DEC/RA not in JPG or WAV - reason unknown
  5. Close examination of the JPG shows that the signal was tuned to by the scan process.  These four frames are all at one frequency.
  6. Carrier is loud and not directional.
  7. Zero beat at 1,423.100.000
  8. Signal is a receiver Bird and is invalidated.

  2. Frequency of 1,423,828,100 Hz
  3. Starting DEC/RA not in JPG or WAV - reason unknown
  4. 19-27-11 - Frames 12 through 19-27-19 Frame 5 contain this signal
  5. From the UTC time hack in the JPGs each frame took 26 sec to complete
  6. I count 30 pulses so they are spaced by about 1 sec.
  7. There is an extra pulse 1/2 way through Frame 1
  8. Looks like Mira Mar NAS radar.
